If you are not a U.S. Citizen you are required to update your address with immigration within 10 days of moving Simply, updating your address with the United States Postal Service is not enough. To change your address with USCIS, you will need to create a USCIS account by following this link: https://my.uscis.gov/.
 
If you are currently in immigration removal proceedings, you are required to update your address with the court within 5 days of moving. https://respondentaccess.eoir.justice.gov/en/forms/eoir33ic/
 
If you are currently under the supervision of ICE, you must also change your address with them. However, you may need permission from your Deportation Officer before moving. It is best to check your paperwork or speak with a licensed attorney to see if you have any restrictions. 
 
Enter in your nine-digit noncitizen (Alien number) or Register for the new ECAS system at https://ereg.eoir.justice.gov/eregistration. Access to this system will allow you to see any documents the Immigration Judge or prosecutor's office has filed in your case. You will also be able to send the court and prosecutor your documents. You will always have a copy of the documents, and it eliminatea the need for paper copies. This new system may not be available to you if your removal proceedings started before December 2021, however the court is working to make older cases available online as soon as possible. 
USCIS and the Immigration Court now require us to submit tax records directly from the IRS, they do not like the paper copies your accountant or tax preparer gives you. In order to retrieve copies of your tax records you must create and account with ID.me.
 
No. When applying for residence (green card), only certain doctors designated by USCIS may preform these exams. To find a doctor near you, click on the link and type in your zip code.
